okay my buddy has a 98 f150 its been a great truck so when the head gasket wennt at 230k we decided to do a 5.4 swap so now its a 5.4 from a 97 expedition he wants more and has a set of patroit stage3 heads sitting around from a lightning would he see more power from using these with a pi intake i dont know anything about patroit heads but i did see the stage 3s are recomended for non std bore engines any help would be great
