I would have had the exact same scenario as you, but Dennis couldn't even call me back ever. I kept hearing all the raves about him and about how much better he is than Tube Chassis. Not to me he isn't. Try Tube Chassis, John is 2nd to none in quality and he will answer the phone or call you back. Usually at the end of the day though. He is Hanson.

Sorry to hear about your aggravation. I couldn't even get a call back for over 3 weeks of waiting. Called Tube Chassis and the car was done the next week.

Hey guys nothing against anyone on here but if it was you what would be your primary concern the 20 real deal race cars there that are gonna pay him good or the rearends that are gonna go in street cars that are by comparison nothing special and arent gonna pay him that much and like i said im not trieing to put anyone on here down but hes in buisness to make money not to make you all like him

i got to agree with 5pointslow here ...i can understand races cars and what not but they are not be driven everyday ...if the everyday car guy needs his rear end done take care of him or squeeze him in between your million dollar jobs ...

That wold be the stupidest business thinking in the world. With things like this reputation is one of the most important things. Pissing customers off and not finishing there cars is in no way going to help you make more money in the future. Im not saying thats what they are doing but what you just said makes no sense.

I have never dealt with DMC, but my convertible was done by tubechassis designz by its previous ownder and a good friend had his camaro done there. They both have nothing but good to say about them.

DMC has like a 2-3 month waiting list just to get a car in there. The fact that you got your rear in there is a surprise. He does great work but he has a lot of it so your going to have to wait. I get all my work done at Tube Chassis. They do great work and they do it pretty quick.

DMC is no busier than any other chassis shop out there. Running a business involves a lot more than being good at your trade.

Take your rear end to Tube Chassis and be done with it. He will get you in and out and he is just as busy as DMC and always has been. He finds ways to get small jobs in and done along with his big ones. Its called shop management.

dont matter wait the wait is when he told me to bring it down and told me 2 weeks to get a 4 hour job done it should of been 2 weeks. i dont know about you guys but im pretty sure you test out the waters before droppin 30k into a chassis just my 2 cents

He should not take in work that he can't finish in a reasonable amount of time .Now if he told the customer that he was swamped and didn't know when or if he would get to it ,then that's a different story. That would make it the customers call. With today's economy he might find out like I have that those big jobs can go few and far in between, and those small jobs will be more appreciated. ..
