my 91 gt has been randomly not starting sometimes it will be days fine and then when im far away from my house or by myself somewhere it just decides not to hot start ive tryed every idea ive gottin i put new plugs wire cap rotor distributior module coil injectors mass air temp sensor it is wierd when its cold it wont cold start it stalls till it warms up and when it warmed up it hot starts it sits at 1200 rpms for a minuite then goes down i dont know its driving me crazy any help would be great
Fuel filter ? Hook a fuel pressure gauge to it and see where the fuel pressure is . Make sure it is with in spec @idle ( 32 to 39 psi ) . Then rev it watching the gauge and see if it drops at all . The pressure should go up when reving it . It could be a bad pump or clogged filter . Did you also try cleaning out the IAC ?
i have a 75mm tb i had 24lbs injectors but i put the stock ones back on to try and fix it im gona put a new fuel filter on it and a pressure gauge check that first but got anymore ideas im willing to try anything its driveing me crazy
i did adjust the idle because i was haveing problems with it stalling it doesnt have an egr anymore i deleted it, it started doing it after i changed alot of stuff i put edelbrock heads gt40 intake cam tb and more
yesterday is history tomorrow is a mystery
