Hey guys. It's come time again to put the Cobra back on the road tomorrow, therefore, I'm curious to know if anyone knows someone who can get me a sticker @ regular price since my exhaust has no cats. Thanks, any help is appreciated!

i hear there is a place in middleboro that will pass anything if you slip the guy a $20 but i never needed to go there ....it is next to piecefull meadows in middleboro i forgot the name i will drive by it tomorrow if you need the name

Gonna be tough to find a place that will pass with no cats..esp a 96+ with OBDII.

Might be easier to swap on cats just for the test.


Plus not the sort of thing you want to ask on a board like this.

the shop would have to put another car on the sniffer test in order to pass your car

its not as easy as it sounds

Go to a gas station in Brockton, just make sure you slip the guy money or ask...and if you have the engine light on you WILL FAIL!!!

cars obd2 no sniffer test just plug in to the obd2 port as long as theres no light you shouldnt have a problem finding a place that will pass it

Like already said.... as long as your not throwing a check engine light ... you will be good to go . They will just saftey check it and plug in the OBDII scanner , It's your option to tell them you have no cats ( I wouldn't ) ! I personally have never had a tech. look for them on any of my stang's .... and some were stupid loud .
