That ticket is no good. Wrong Info means you got it beat.
USUALLY the wrong info means its no good... An officer clearly forgot to put down half of the info on a speeding ticket i recieved so i appealed and they had all my correct info at the court hearing and completely f*cked my whole argument for the ticket! Damn Cops
they cannot prosses the ticket with the wrong info. just make sure you bring that to their attention if he made that mistake whos to say he didnt make the mistake by pulling you over..
this morning i jumped on the highway chasing some dodge shitbox.....looked over it was state police he just smirked at me then tailed my ass off the highway but he def coulda got me for about 85 on the ramp
I'm like a pro with tickets lately. I just beat my 2nd this year =) Of course I hire lawyers lol. But, I do pick up some good info along the way. I have never heard of re-issuing a ticket. Sounds fishy and if they ever did that to me I would get a lawyer fast. Like mentioned, make copies, and appeal it. Legally, the tickets have to be 100% accurate, one discrepency and they are invalid. If they find you at fault, appeal the decision and hire a lawyer. Laywer will cost more than a ticket but a lot cheaper than your insurance surcharges and license suspension.
