if i put an engine with a different cam and bigger injectors on my truck could this cause a MIL light to come on. if it does ill just put stock cam and injectors back on. i know alot of you guys have upgraded 96+ mustangs
If it's just a stock engine with a cam .... bigger injectors are not needed . Also as long as your injectors are matched to the meter ... there should be no problem . The good thing with OBD2 is you can monitor your engine live time . Which makes it easier to find and diagnose problems . Also with OBD2 you can just shut functions on or off through flashing the computer or burning a chip for better tunability .
