I have a set of Mr. Gasket Cable actuated Exhaust cut outs. You mount the pull cable in the passenger compartment so you can rip them open at anytime which moves a flange and bypasses the exhaust. Well I like the idea, but I dont want the exhaust to just run open in the middle of the car, I want the sound coming out the back through the tailpipes just like a normal exhaust set up. So i drew up a quick example in Paint here at work to see if anyone thinks it would work? The Cut-Outs would be welded in place of the flow tubes before the muffler, bypass the mufflers, probably run a 2.5" into a 3"-3.5" pipe to create some rumble then merge back into the 2.5" tail pipe after the muffler to exit out the rear... you posted it 2 hrs ago and your already bumping it??? wtf give it some time alot of people are at work or school and not on the interweb. why do you need cut outs open exaust sounds like shit. run a good set of mufflers and call it done
