blew my clutch into pieces tonight on the highway shifting into 4th racing a import

need opinions on what clutch flywheel and throwout bearing i should get
need it quick probally have to overnight it

do you actually need a flywheel?? or can it be machined? just go buy a parts store flywheel if u do need a new one. buy a centerforce clutch or anything really u are basicly stock

i have a zoom stage 2 clutch for my foxbody, was about $260. I havent had any problems at all, grabs great. I also got the zoom nodular iron flywheel for about $90. Got both of these through summit.

Spec clutch stage 2 plus or 3 plus and an aluminum flywheel is the way I would go. http://www.specclutch.com/ I am sure you can have it overnighted.

centerforce dual friction clutch
ford racing billet flywheel
steeda quadrant firewall adjuster and cable
new flywheel bolts
ford hd pilot and throw out bearing
getting a new starter

completely in peices
