alright well im thinking about doing the comp XE270AH cams, or cushman stage II cams(used to be VT cams) this winter if they are worth it and possibly a pair of patriot cylinder heads as well if i save up enough money. anyone know if its worth spending the 2k on these. since im in college my parents dont want me getting a supercharger yet until i have enough money for a built motor and get out of college or that is what i would be doing. i get mixed reviews on if they are worth it or not. after my 3.73s are installed i plan on doing these while my cars sitting over the winter. any input on this will be helpful. thanks guys
I have P+P heads with comp valve springs. car shift's at 6800 rpms with over 20k on them. I'm also running the comp 270 cams. They are great.. I have a dyno somewhere on the car prevous the lt's. Right now it makes 295rwh/288rwtq through a 4r70w trans+ 4000 stall.
modded 1320 ... IF you want the super charger .. I can hook you up with a polished novi 1000 kit, anderson power pipe, sct airmeter , and multiple pullies . The kit is complete minus the injectors and fuel pump . The kit made 390 rwhp on a stock 02 GT engine with only 10#'s of boost ! That will get you more power than the heads and cams by far !!! plus you get to keep your stock drivability and fuel mileage . I'm asking 1800. If interested give me a PM .
