anyone know of a good chrome shop around i have a 66 galaxie im going to restore....im also looking for a website were i can buy parts for this car as well if anyone knows let me know

a friend of mine had some stuff chromed last year. it came out awesome
I find out were he had it done and I'll get back to you in a couple days or so
with info

i have heard good things about ssplating but i dont think they do aluminum
they are in quincy

It will be hard to find a local place that chromes aluminum. I don't think that Galaxy has alot of aluminum parts that need to be chromed though. There are several platers in RI that do chroming. When I get back to work, I'll look into it for ya Mike.

stay away from bumper boyz they were at tweeter center swap meet myabe it was only my grandfathers but his 46 ford re chromed bumpers look like shit

Just an fyi ssplating in Quincy doesn't do bumpers. But the guy was very nice and helpful.
