this girl can not get a break cops are giving her shit about not having cats so if anyone can lend a hand with letting her borrow a stock h-pipe with cats doesn't matter if there hallow just needs cats thanks pm her or me

Why waste your time, go to a junkyard and take 2 cats, hollow them out and weld them into the pipe. I did that on my old car and it worked well. Never got any issues and it would pass any visual inspection.

If the cop is smart and makes the car run you can smell it or atleast I could smell it when my car had no cats.

i plan on buying high flow cats for piece of mind. if the treehuggers have it there way there will be a lot more enforcement of emission control laws

october 2008 massachusetts will be doing away with emissions on vehicles older than 1996

that is the deadline.. most shops will be equipped before then

true and most will just let everyhting go in and out but technicaly tampering with emissions equpit. is a federal crime its not cost effective to run the dynos but it wont be do whatever you want for long. but hey ive had my licence for 6 years and i jsut got my first inspection sticker last month.

You still need the factory emissions equipment. Its always been that if you car has cats from the factory, you still need them now. No more dyno tests, but there will still be visuals.

they gave me until next tuesday to replace my exhaust.


i found bits & pieces of the stock exhaust off of my old GT, im just gonna make it work.. take some pictures and call it a day.

They will sell them but you get no receipt. They aren't supposed to sell air bags either, but they do.
