got an 87 gt just bought a high torque starter problem is only one starter wire on old one and i hooked up new starter where i believe i should of but got nothing there is another connection on starter solenoid but its like an electrical connection anyone know what might be problem???maybe wrong starter..i dont know.
you need to get a high torque starter for an 87-89 which is a 1 wire starter. or you will have to run some wires from ignition to starter sol. and then from starter sol. to starter
