01 cobra irs swap....Any tips


I have a buddy with irs and we picked up a complete gt rear end. From what i have heard it is pretty easy. If anyone has any tricks they are willing to share that would be cool

It mounts right into where your lower control arms mount all you need is the side brackets that mount where your quad shocks are located I look into it i'm putting one in foxbody

you will need different rear springs and shocks.

can;t say I have done it but along the lines of what steve said I have heard it is fairly easy but just a long job. Good luck!

when we picked it up we grabed everything. thanks for the help guys I will keep you posted and get some pics along the way.
