Well I haven't posted much lately so I'll share my little story...So I'm drivin down the road steady on the gas pedal, hearing a humming noise and the car is bucking and bogging down on me...I get up to a red light at the intersection, try to take off when it turns green and the car is sputtering like it wants to stall out and not move. I manage to get it over to the side and it stalls. Had it towed with AAA for free thank god. Got it to my uncle's house and it wouldnt even go up the driveway...Had to spray starter fluid in the throttle body to get the car to drive up into the garage lmao. Turns out I need a new fuel pump and sending unit, and I'm gonna throw a new filter in too. Sucks but shit happens. When I put the fuel stuff in I have a brand new set of BBK headers and offroad x pipe to put it, so the cars gonna be runnin mint afterwards.
Thats too much pump for a car with just headers, x pipe and mufflers. He'll be spitting gas out the exhaust.

Thats what adjustable fuel pressure regulators are for !! It will be fine . Even with the stock regulator your not going to get more pressure past it because of a higher volume pump .
Well I already ordered the parts shortly after I posted this...I got all stock replacement parts from the Ford dealership. Should be fine for now, come winter time or next year I'll upgrade the fuel pump and shit accordingly with my other mods, its all good.

Way to make me feel like shit lol...I haven't payed and picked up the parts yet but they will be pissed at me for placing the order and not going through with the purchase...
i deal with the dealer everyday jsut tell them you decided to get a higher output pump and buy the rest of the stuff if they give u shit tell them you wont do buisness w/ them anymore
Sunnyside Ford in Holden...Just an update, I bought the fuel pump and filter from them for $200 and they are installed in my car already. Turns out the only place I can get the sending unit is Mustangs Unlimited but I'm gonna skip it for the $100 bucks it costs...Fuck it I don't need my gas guage workin haha.
