^^^seems like it would be your favorite tool lol...only other thing i can think of is you have a short somewhere...i had the same problem...replaced all my fuses to be safe and nothin...ended up having a short in the wires under my dash...sux but worth it in the end to have dash lights...or if you wanna be ghetto...go to autozone and get some PHAT blue LEDs that plug into ur cigarette lighter haha...good luck
