Too rice? that is retarded. They are fucking headlights that are more technologically advanced than before. They are brighter and more efficient. Just because they are common in ricemobiles, doesnt make them rice at all. Its a fucking headlight bulb kit. I think they would improve any car, but if you were considering going back to a 4 eye conversion, then maybe HIDs arent right for your taste. IMO i think they look much better than the old yellow tinted halogens and plan on upgrading to them soon.
^^^i agree...just posted the "Too Ricer" for the haters lol...i found a kit on eBay for $75 incl shipping...might go that way for now since its so cheap...they have up to a 12K but thats too purple for me...would probly go 10K...2 year warranty...so ill see how they work...and yes i was planning on going to a 4eye but probly not anymore...and even if i was they sell the kits to have all 4 lights HIDs...friend has them on his 3rd gen camaro and its looks sweet
HID's would be a great ad on to an already good lookin car but would make a gt or cobra that much more distinguished . I took a look at them on stangsuspension.com like 2 years ago when they were considered the new thing for imports. Besides why let imports have all the cool gadgets ...

Ya i guess i understand that but i think the HIDs started on Euro cars before anything else. And be careful buying bulbs or anything like that on ebay. Even though there may be a warranty, shit could be sketchy . And i ve never heard of a warranty on light bulbs, so it could just be some scam. Ive got fucked on shit from ebay before and bought some wack ass bulbs that were supposed to be sick. $75 sounds a little cheap but i havent looked at too many kits lately. Usually the case and mostly with ebay ive learned "You get what you pay for".
^^^true but the guy has sold a TON of stuff...and its an ebay store with 99% positive...plus...2 year warranty and im only spending $70...if they turn out to be shit then save up and get nice ones...and Jim...this is obviously AFTER i get my license lol
