1 off lowering air dam, from scratch.


I've been working on prototype splitter/airdam made out fiberglass reinforced with carbon fiber. It will have ductwork for the front brakes and parhaps some fog lights, not sure yet. It will also have support brackets for under the car and stainless skid corner plates( in case i scrape the lip doesn't get scratched). need more work but I'm really satisfied with my prototype.

Thanks guys. I am really satisfied with the rough part, I need lots more work and still undecided where i will put the openings for the brake ductwork. Next yr I will be course racing this mustang at limerock on weekends once its completed.

Brake ducts would be a big point on that I think. For mounting choices you could just copy the cobra R locations and use those. I know 99/01 cobras have an extra hole right next to the fog lights, 03/04's may have it too. Don't all mustangs from 94 on have foglights in the bumper cover already? Unless your splitter would cause some type of problem with the factory setup then it may not even be worth your time to make new fog light openings.
