yup it passed and with no CATS ..how the hell it did i have no idea ..maybe the inspector was a mustang guy ????

as of october 1st 2008 you will not have to worry about emissions if 1995 or older!

Now if only we get the dumb exhaust law abolished or at least give us car enthusiasts a decibel limit like motorcycles.
