edelbrock performer intake Need tips!!!

i've got an edelbrock performer intake its an older one were the plenam comes apart to access a bolt inside that holds it down. i need tips on what to tighten it with i have a gear wrench with 70 teeth and that seems to not be doing the trick. so if anyone knows what i mean nd could give me an idea it would be greatly appreciated

i will get them today when i tackel redoing my whole lower intake as well

i have the same intake and never had a problem with a regular wrench. did u start it by hand first?
