so ya just got my mach 1 and of course i wanna do aleast a cat-back exhaust... and i was thinkin of slp lm1's but ive been hearing that they sound like crap on the 4 vaulves...
anyone got any sugestions?

I had Ford stainless shorty headers with a Bassani X-pipe and Magna flow cat back . I got alot of compliments on the sound . I like the Bassani X pipe because it came with cats and flow tubes , so you had the option of cats or not . Also Bassani exhuast systems use band style clamps which seal up the exhaust great and doesn't crush the pipe so you can take it back apart with ease . Well this is my
There is a website somewhere that has some videos of certain exhaust setups at idle and revving up, mustang world maybe? I have a magnaflow catback and their hi flow x pipe. I like it. I grew out of the flowmaster drone exhaust setups and prefer this one. It will scream when you stomp it, but other than that its not too obnoxious. Borla stingers can be loud, but they sound good.
SLP is to raspy on the 4v. I had them on my cobra and hated it. My buddy with a mach1 has them and its just to loud and 3+rpm's and trying to drive around.
Spend the money and get the bassani x pipe and catback. best sound out there!!! I had so many compliments with that exhaust and loved the sound.
