well me and some buddies went out friday night and we all had brand new tires. We go to the mall and some kids were ripping burnouts and the mall security took all the license plates. After that we left and went to this other parking lot and everyone was doing donuts until the cops came. There were like 6 cops and 2 of them blocked my car in. They started yelling who owns the red mustang and i raised my hand then a cop shut off my car took my keys and grabbed me by the arm to his car. I stood there for 20 minutes getting scremed at about the mall when i didnt even do any at the mall. They finally checked my tires and realized i had no rubber then looked at my buddies reef blue mustang which was covered in rubber. They call my mom and said i was driving recklessly and doing burnouts the cop was a total dick. They towed the reef blue mustang and the kids mom had to come pick him up. i got home and i explained what happened to my mom and shes not even mad but if my car is seen on mall property again i get arrested. They searched my whole car i mean tore it apart. cop then asked me why my car was so clean i was like umm idk u dont keep ur car clean. He called me a little punk asshole and told me to have a nice night.

that sux!!! shouldan't have let them go threw ya car no reason too stay the fuck out!! as for the mall go there and file a complaint against the security company and say u were just there/ driving by and then they call the cops on you blah blah blah

Again, where the cops overstep they're authority. You will never see a cop in my car without a warrant. You will also never see a cop put his hand on me. Theoretically, they had no right to tow other Mustang without witnesses to said burnouts, excuse for rubber could have been from the track,dumbass wouldn't have know the difference. Fuckers. The Plain View Doctrine gives them the right to search any car that has something out in open view that gives them probable cause to search. This doesn't include trunks, glove boxes, center consoles, etc.
Well, until I have an 8 ball on my front seat & a bottle of Absolute rolling around on the floor in plain view, they won't have probable cause to search my car. They only thing that's ever in my car is me and a XL French Vanilla coffee from Dunks. From the story told,they didn't have probable cause to search his car.

All too often this happens. 1. You were on PRIVATE property. Gives cops the right to be dicks. 2. Trespassing can get you arrested. 3. WE all have gone through this.
I was pulled over in Brockton ALOT when I was younger all because I had a Mustang. You just have to be careful where you play. We had 6 or 7 diffferent spots with atleast 1 person having a scanner. This is why I can't go to the meets. Most of the time you end up at my job and yes we have cameras. They really don't care that you guys are there as long as you are not fucking with our trucks. But If I get caught on cam I loose my job :(
I agree with mike ... It sucks you got your balls broken , but unfortunatley for you ... you were guilty by association . Besides you did better than your buddy ... He had to pay for a tow and impound fee , probably a ticket to boot . You though did the right thing by consenting to a search . If you didn't they most likely would have called a K-9 in to search with out your consent and could have made any excuse they wanted to do it . That would have sucked to see a dog rumaging threw your car . Anytime you get stopped by the Po Po it's yes sir no sir . Trust me ... it goes alot smoother . Sure your still gonna get your balls busted , But not as bad as if you give attitude . Like Mikey said .. " we have all been there " ..
"yes sir" & "no sir" is the way to go when dealing with cops. trust me, i am not in my twenties anymore so i have learned a thing or 2 to pass down to you younger guys. attitude & being the tough guy will surely upset the officer (this is only common sense) & will show the officer that your just another punk. even though the officer may be a dick, be calm & cool but careful not to be cocky with it at the same time. not saying this is your situation but maybe someone else could learn something by reading that. i have never been harrassed or busted over things like that because i dont do stupid crap like that LOL. i respect my car & my liscence as i am a responsible adult. you were with people doing that stuff which puts you in the middle of it. guilty by association is right. remove yourself from those kinds of things = staying out of trouble = having a better time.
