ok, so i high mm full lenngth subframe conectiors, imd geten them put in next week wit my floors. i was jus wondering is it ok to jack the car up by the subframe conector after?

Anyway, to answer your question, yes, you can jack from the connectors. Think about it, the frame connectors complete the frame from front to back.
