hey i have 2 cams what one should i run the one with 276-282 duration 513-529 lift or this one 284-292 duration 500-510 lift?

Full weight GT with an AOD, you don't want to be giving up any torque down low. Put the shorter duration cam in.

DO both cams have the same LSA? If so I would go with #2, as long as I had the right stall and gears for it. I read you had an auto.
