Man Up or Trailer Queen?

I want to know who uses thier car as a daily driver? No winter cars either! I figure if you pay for a car why let it sit? My factory traction control works great in the snow. Or do you roll it out of a garage wipe it off put it on a trailer to go racing?

I don't drive my car in the snow...but my car's no trailer queen. It's a driveway slut right now cause I got no license until the 31st. i hate having a suspended license.

It's very hard to drive my car in the snow, It has trouble in the rain, snow is even worse. And I don't want to rot my body out either!

haha, wish i could say the same! im deathly afraid of rot! my old one was such a rot box (all i could afford) and it took me 9 months of doing body work to it to get it straight. and even then the frame was rotted. then i got this one, with out any rot, and im OCD about it!

No snow or rain for my baby . Thats what my F-150 is for . I will drive to the track and home though . I mean lets face it ........ snow and salt are very bad for your car and if you want to keep it nice it's a good idea to find a winter ride .

cars that can run 10-11 second 1/4 that have to be trailerd to the track dont impress me...its very impressive to see an 11 second ride (scotty) driveing back and forth to work everyday in the summer...driving in the snow is impossible...we've all experianced it in a stang...NO GOOD....i like seeing cars being driven everyday in real world happenings....sitting in traffic and not over heating...beatin guys that just spend 90,000$ on there porsche and seein them goin home cryin...but trailier queens....if ur car is runnig 9's on carburation....then it probly doesnt belong on the street....but if ur running fuel injection...u know damn well u can run a 10 second car on the street these days with no problems...thats impressive...trailers are dumb unless its an unregisterd race car

I drive mine to the track, and on the street. No trailor queen for me. I don't drive it everyday it is just a toy for me. I did drive my 90 L.X. 5.0L everyday for 9 years straight. 400 Miles a week commuting back and forth to work. I drove that car in the rain, snow, blizzards, etc. After 280,000 the rear frame rails had enough and rotted out.

My cars a daily until I get something new. I had it out in a few snow storms last yr, then I bought a beater because I was afraid of rot. Now that I realized that the body is beat, I'll proly cruise it right threw winter If I dont end up buying a new truck.

As long as roads are clear, I drive mine at least once a week in the winter.

I "man up" with my car. While I don't drive it in the snow or the rain (unless I'm caught in a rainstorm like at Fun Ford 3 years ago), I drive it daily in some form. Sometimes it's to work or a cruise night show. During the nice weather, it's out as much as possible. My brother Retro 5.0 and I also drive them to Connecticut 2 or 3 times per year for the Mustangs Unlimited shows and more importantly, drive them to New England Dragway a couple of times too. Up there, we beat the snot out of them and then drive home. His run's 11.60's and mine runs 12.50's-12.70's.

No trailer queens here.

You don't drive it in the snow?????smile.gif

My is driven everywhere except winter. I trailered my 85 to the track and will my 87. The track is the only time they will see the trailer. Reason is because i own it and if I break i will not pay someone to tow my car home
