Like Pete said earlier, so many to choose from. So many options and mods to choose from. I'll break mine down like this:
Street: Totally agree on a 2003 Sonic Blue Terminator with either twin 66s or a large single. With all the plumbing involved I don't think you can do the Kooks longtubes, but defintely catted x-pipe and the Borla cat-back would be nice. Since this is a dream, maybe transplant a 5.4 aluminum block, Stroker kit with forged internals, heads ported and polished. It would have a built T56 (TKO600) SPEC Clutch, every Maximum Motorsport chassis and suspension upgrade available, Level 5 half shafts, stock gears might be fine for this combo, or maybe go up to 3.55s to maintain more of the top end. Plenty of traction - 315 MT ET Street DRs. Try to drop some weight with a fiberglass hood and trunk and maybe some light weight seats.
Drag Strip: I'd take Manny's 7 second Turbo Fox
Open Track: Any one of the Cobra R's ('93, '95 or '00), preferably the '00R or maybe an 95 Saleen with the 351.
Winter: Maybe an old Ford Explorer with a Fox body on the chassis.

I'd take a 70 Boss 302 color red and stroke the Boss motor to a 347 making 500 H.P. I'd put in a tremec 5-speed, 9" rear with 4.30 gears. Then upgrade the suspension with rack/pinion steering and 4 wheel disc brakes. Make it run high 10's and drive it on the street.

I'd also take one of these. It's got to have the front chin spoiler, rear spoiler, shaker and window louvers. Any color will do but the Grabber Orange or the Grabber Yellow are the most striking. That's one that I'd keep stock but I'd still beat the piss out of it.
