Nope, not the lower intake anyway. The 351 has a taller deck, making it require a wider lower intake. You will need a 351 lower. Maybe you could find a junk yard one cheap off from a late 80's or 90's fuel injected full size truck with a 351 if cost is an issue. I believe if you go GT40, they make the 351 lower. Upper would be the same.

Do you mean all the accessories of your 302 ? I would think it would work to strip everything off the front of the 302, and put it on the 351. Not sure what the 351 timing cover is, but I would think if you need to you could change the timing cover (sometime timing covers make a difference in how accessories mount.) off the 302 onto the 351W, and use the 302 water pump also. Then everything should bolt up.

dude if u ask me, junk the efi and put a barry grant 650 on it with a 100shot of nitrous....stock 351w bottom end, trickflow twisted wedge heads and f303 cam and ur done...ur 373s will work perfect....if u do ur susp and chassis right u can run 11's all day and stil drive it everyday , thats my perfect set up cuz itll still be reliable as hell. all the accseories will bolt up np.

The timing chain covers are the same for a 351 and a 302 the lower intake will not work as stated the only stock 351 intake made that will bolt to a 302 lower is the gt40 wich came on mid 90's lightings providing you have a gt40 lower wich came 0n 93-95 cobras and 96 up explorers with gt-40 motors
